I am delighted to have been invited to talk about something of ACIC’s work
with children in crisis in the Holy Land and am looking forward very much, over the next few weeks,
to visiting St Thomas a Becket Church, Shirenewton
in South Wales, Lanchester Methodist Church near Durham and the Church of
Scotland in Berwick upon Tweed. In a couple of weeks, I am also looking forward
enormously to being able to share some thoughts and reflect with folk from the
Banff area in the north of Scotland who will be having a pilgrimage to Holy
Island.

Making a positive difference to young lives
Looking forward to a return visit to
see friends in Blackburn on Monday and then back to Holy Island to run a
retreat for a wonderful group from St. Gabriel’s Church in Manchester. The
following Sunday, an invitation to visit and talk to the members of a friend’s
church in Coventry. It will all be a fantastic opportunity to talk about the
children who find themselves in critical need and how ACIC is trying to help
to alleviate some of the problems facing the children. Along with those I will
meet next week who have already supported the children in so many ways, a huge
thank you to all who make the financial sacrifice to positively change some
young lives.
