An enormous thank you to Fr. Colin and the people of the churches of St. Anne, Thurso and St. Joachim, Wick who offered such a kind and warm welcome over last weekend. We were able to talk about the situation of the children in the Holy Land for whom we have a care and to say thank you for the ongoing support offered by both churches. The generosity of the folk there was absolutely fantastic and will make such a positive difference to young lives in critical need.
On Monday we headed down to Banff to yet another lovely welcome from Rev. John and Jan Woodside. We are looking forward very much to talking at the Shore Fellowship in Macduff at 7.30pm on Thursday evening and being able to share something of the work of ACIC and the situation of the children with whom we work. Great thanks to Robin Wiseman for his kind invitation to return to his church.
This coming Friday evening we will be giving a talk and concert at Aberdeen's Episcopal Cathedral with wonderful music from the 'Melting Pot Collective and Friends'.
Thank you to all who have so generously given of themselves financially, with their time or offered such kind hospitality. All of this goes towards lifting children out of crisis and giving hope.
