Over the past few days I have talked with some of the most fantastic people about the new charity.
Last Thursday I had a very good evening talking with the Explorer Scouts at East Ord in Berwick upon Tweed. Such a bright, interesting and thoughtful group of young people.
On Saturday I went to Manchester to see some of the folk from St. Gabriel’s Church in Middleton – a great lunch and a good chat. They have, over the past six years, been a great support for the work with the children in the Holy Land.
Then on to see some friends in North Wales to the lovely town of Denbigh in the shadow of the beautiful Clwydian Hills. At St. Marcella’s Church I had the opportunity to say a few words about the new charity.
To be able to meet so many people who have a real interest and care for the children has been a great experience. Thank you to all I have had the privilege of meeting over the past few days.
